Yes, this is a time of great trouble in the earth. But I have given you My Spirit and My Light for a purpose – to shine My light to the world. No man takes a light and puts it under a bushel. So I don’t want you to keep your light hidden and under a bushel – but you should let it shine! (Matthew 5:15-16)
You look at your own weaknesses and faults and failings – and you think, “How could God use me to shine His light on others?” Remember that I have put my Spirit in earthen vessels, that the excellency of My power will be apparent to everyone you meet. (2 Cor 4:7) You often feel the same way – you are encouraged when you meet someone who has obvious weaknesses and faults, but still stays faithful to Me, and I continue to use them. Their frailties give you and others so much hope that I can also use you!
So let My light shine through you. Arise and shine, for the world is growing darker each day – but My glory will be seen in all My children as you shine My light to the world. (Isaiah 60:1-2)
