Bring your questions to Me, and I will give you the answers that you need. I won’t always show you what the future holds – in fact, I don’t usually work that way in your life. You already know your future. You know that I have prepared a place for you in My Heavenly Kingdom. You know that this life is only for a moment, when compared to eternity. Your life here on earth is like a vapor, but you can know that you are My beloved child and I have redeemed you. (James 4:14) And without a doubt, you have a glorious future ahead.
But now, today, you are on your earthly journey and it takes faith to follow Me just one step at a time. Often I will call you to follow Me into an unknown future, just taking the steps that I show you each day. And many times the decisions you have made along the way carry you forward. Your days get busy, and one project builds upon another until your life is full. But it is important – in fact it is vital – that you keep your connection with Me strong, so that you can stay on track, accomplishing what I have commissioned you to do. There will be times when I will tell you to stop, to change directions, or launch out into something new. And if you aren’t staying tuned in to Me, then you will miss those turns or changes that I’m asking you to make. But don’t worry – even then, I will bring you back to Me. As your Shepherd, I will continue to lead you to the green pastures. I will guide you along the path of My Will. And in the end, when you have run the race and finished the course, then I will bring you Home and you will hear My commendations – “Well Done!”
