I have called you to live by faith! That means you don’t have to even try to trust Me – it means that you need to lay down your own efforts and stop trying to do things on your own. Come to Me and lay everything on My altar – and then put your hand in Mine and trust Me to lead you and to accomplish My plan for you.
Living by faith isn’t an actionless state of being. Rather, it means that you are willing to trust Me to bring about the right results as you do what you can. Your part is to take the next step and keep following Me step by step.
Living by faith means that at the core of your being you know that I am in control, and you know that you can count on Me to provide for you no matter what. Remember that the birds don’t sow or reap – but I feed them and they live in total freedom, knowing that I care for them and provide for them. (Matthew 6:26) You are much greater than the sparrows – you are My child! And you can know with full assurance that I am caring for you and providing for you and I will keep you until the end of your days on earth. And then, when finally you see Me face to face, you will hear Me say “Well Done”! (Matthew 25:21)
