Music is one of My great gifts to you and to the world! All throughout the Bible you can read of how My children came to Me with praise and singing, and the Psalms are all songs that were sung to Me. My creation was a song – when all the morning stars sang together. (Job 38:47). After the children of Israel crosse the Red Sea, the gathered together to worship and praise Me in song. (Exodus 15:1-21) David sang to Saul when his spirit was troubled. (1 Samuel 16:23) And when Paul and Silas were imprisoned they sang songs of praise and faith. (Acts 16:25-26)
So come to Me with songs of joy and praise, and you will enter My courts and come into My presence. Sing and make music from your heart and I will fill you to overflowing with My joy unspeakable! (Ephesians 5:19) If you will take time each day to sing to Me you will find new strength and inspiration, and our love relationship will grow stronger. So let your soul rejoice with singing!
